Hi, I’m Jess
Yoga teacher, surf coach and organiser of feel-good retreats.
I’ve been teaching Hatha and Vinyasa yoga since 2014 (CYT200+), and I coach beginner surfers as an ISA Level 1 instructor. I’m also the author of Out of the Mud: A Holistic Approach to Healing.
With Wildheart Surf, I organise holistic surf and yoga retreats for women in the Netherlands and Spain—designed around physical and mental wellbeing, connection to nature, and, above all, joy.
