What do you get someone who loves yoga? You can always give the gift of yoga, such as a yoga class or an online yoga course. But there are plenty of other great yoga gifts out there. Below, I’ve put together a list of both big and small gifts for yoga lovers, all under 50 and 20 euros.
Small Yoga Gifts Under €20
1. Lavender Eye Pillow
A lavender-scented eye pillow is one of the best yoga gifts for any yogi. It’s perfect to use during savasana, helping you relax even more deeply. It blocks out outside distractions, while the calming lavender scent creates an instant sense of peace.
Most eye pillows are filled with flaxseed, so they gently mould to the shape of the face.
2. Ayurvedic Herbal Tea
Many yogis are also interested in Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga. An Ayurvedic herbal tea makes a thoughtful gift, as these blends are designed to help balance body and mind. Perfect after a yoga practice or as a calming moment during a busy day.
Many Ayurvedic teas focus on balancing the doshas. Not sure which dosha someone has? Go for a generally calming Ayurvedic tea, such as one from the brand Yogi Tea.

3. A Good Yoga Strap
A yoga strap helps make certain poses more accessible, such as Dancer Pose or a Seated Forward Fold. They come in all kinds of colours too, so they can be both practical and stylish. Some people don’t really like yoga props like straps though, so it’s worth checking first.
4. Sandalwood Massage Oil
Massage oil is always a lovely and affordable yoga gift. It can also simply be used as a body oil.
Fragrance is very personal, but sandalwood is a scent many people love. It also feels a little more special than a standard oil. Sandalwood is widely used in spas and aromatherapy and has a warm, earthy, woody scent that instantly creates a relaxing atmosphere.
5. Chakra Candle Set
Each colour in a chakra candle set represents an energy centre in the body. The candles can be used during meditation or simply as a small moment of relaxation. Even if someone doesn’t really work with (or believe in) chakras, the colours and soft candlelight still create a calming atmosphere.
6. Grip Yoga Socks
Grip yoga socks are great for practising at home or in the studio, especially during colder months. The non-slip soles provide a little extra stability in poses like Downward Dog. They also help keep your feet warm during gentle sessions or relaxation exercises.
7. Home Cleansing Kit with White Sage
This lovely home cleansing kit contains white sage with lavender and palo santo. As I mentioned earlier, scents are very personal, and some people don’t enjoy the smell of sage or palo santo, but in my experience, that’s quite rare. Personally, I’m a big fan.
Wondering why this is sold as a “home cleansing” kit?
- White sage: has been used for centuries to clear negative energy and cleanse a space or aura.
- Lavender: has a calming effect. Its scent helps relax the nervous system, creating a greater sense of peace in both body and surroundings.
- Palo santo: has a warm, woody fragrance that promotes a positive and grounding feeling.
8. A Small Buddha Statue

Yoga isn’t really about material things at all—it’s about turning inward and connecting with yourself (or your higher self, consciousness, or Brahman).
At the same time, we’re also human beings who like to create a warm and peaceful home environment. A small Buddha statue can be a beautiful addition and a gentle reminder to slow down and be present.
9. Kombucha
Kombuchaaa—what yogi doesn’t love it? Well, to be fair, the taste isn’t for everyone. But if the yogi in question enjoys probiotics and healthy drinks, kombucha is one of the most fun yoga gifts you can give.
You could gift a special bottle or put together your own little kombucha gift set. Got a slightly bigger budget? A kombucha starter kit is a great idea so they can brew their own at home.
10. A Sustainable Water Bottle
Yogis definitely work up a sweat during class (especially in hot yoga) so we’re always carrying water around. A sustainable water bottle is guaranteed to be appreciated.
Personally, I really like the ones from Klean Kanteen, especially the wide-mouth bottles because they’re easy to clean. The company also says it donates 1% of its revenue to environmental organisations and is committed to fair production and working conditions, which is always a nice bonus.
Great Yoga Gifts Under €50
11. A Yoga Gift Card
With a gift card for someone’s favourite yoga brand or webshop, they can choose exactly what they need. Whether that’s a new yoga mat, a beautiful pair of leggings, a candle, or a meditation cushion—they’ll definitely find something they love within a €50 budget.
12. Yoga Bag
A yoga bag makes it much easier to carry a mat around wherever you go. Many bags also have extra compartments for essentials like a towel, water bottle, or keys. Perfect for heading to the studio or outdoor yoga classes. Also a great gift for summer.
13. Zodiac Crystal Set
A zodiac crystal set makes a very personal and meaningful gift. Each crystal symbolises qualities connected to a specific zodiac sign, which makes it feel extra special to receive.
By holding a crystal or placing it nearby, you can remind yourself of a certain intention, such as mindfulness or self-acceptance.
14. FLXBL Travel Yoga Mat
Yoga mats come in all shapes, colours, and sizes. But not all yoga mats are created equal—some are high quality (you can definitely find good ones around the €50 mark), while others are much lower quality.
I’d skip the cheap ones. They wear out quickly and often don’t feel great to practise on. Many become slippery or simply don’t provide enough support.
Personally, I don’t actually use a regular yoga mat, but a travel yoga mat from FLXBL. It’s thicker and sturdier than a yoga towel, and I’m used to placing it directly on the floor or on a rug.
Sometimes I’ll use a cheap studio mat underneath, but I still place my FLXBL travel mat on top. I’ve had mine for years now and can genuinely recommend it as either a travel yoga mat or an extra top layer for added grip and comfort.
15. A Yoga Book or Book Gift Card
Books are one of the most popular yoga gifts, and you can find them both under €20 and closer to €50.
A second-hand book can be just as valuable to a yogi as a brand-new copy—honestly, many yogis would probably appreciate a pre-loved version even more.
The classics below are available both new and second-hand:
- Light on Yoga by B.K.S. Iyengar: Includes hundreds of postures, breathing techniques, and yoga philosophy. Though it’s worth noting that it isn’t specifically designed for Western bodies.
- The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali (for example the translation by Sri Satchidananda): Considered one of the foundational texts of yoga philosophy.
- The Bhagavad Gita (for example the translation by Eknath Easwaran): A spiritual classic exploring life questions, choices, and inner balance.
Some more modern and highly recommended yoga books:
- Yoga Anatomy by Leslie Kaminoff: Offers insight into how yoga postures work within the body, ideal if you want to better understand technique and anatomy.
- Yoga for Everyone by Dianne Bondy: Focused on inclusivity and adaptations, great for beginners or teachers who want to make yoga more accessible.
- The Yamas & Niyamas by Deborah Adele: A modern interpretation of yoga philosophy for everyday life.
I’ve also written a book about yoga (including yoga exercises) and how yoga and Ayurveda helped me cope with panic disorder and irritable bowel syndrome:

Can’t decide which book to give? A gift card is always an option.
16. Mala Necklace
A mala necklace is traditionally used for meditation and usually consists of 108 beads. It helps you stay focused on your breath or mantra. At the same time, it’s a beautiful and meaningful piece of jewellery that can also be worn daily.
17. Leggings Made from Natural Materials
A yogi needs to be able to move freely without restrictions or irritation from fabric. Leggings made from organic cotton or bamboo feel soft on the skin and breathe well during movement.
They offer enough stretch without feeling tight or uncomfortable. A practical gift that will be used with pleasure.
18. Wellness or Healing Session
The best yoga gifts are actually not things at all, but experiences. Under €50, there are quite a few options:
- Reiki: Often around €30–€50 for a 30–60 minute online session. Reiki is a beautiful yoga-inspired gift, focused on relaxation and energetic balance.
- Tarot reading (basic session): Short readings usually start from €15–€40 (for example at events or online).
- Chakra healing (online): Typically €25–€50 for a short treatment.
- Sound healing / singing bowl session (short): Sometimes €40–€50 for a session using sound and vibration to calm the nervous system.
- Foot reflexology or short holistic massage: Often around €30–€50 for 30–60 minutes of relaxation and improved circulation.
- Astrology or personal reading (mini session): Short birth chart or insight sessions can also be found under €50.
19. Singing Bowl
Have you ever heard of brainwaves? These are patterns of electrical activity in your brain that change depending on your state of consciousness, such as being awake, relaxed, or in deep meditation.
With a singing bowl, you can activate alpha and theta brainwaves, which help bring you into a state of deep relaxation and meditation. It’s incredibly calming, and many yogis enjoy learning to play a singing bowl themselves or experimenting with sound.
This is a small Tibetan singing bowl used at the beginning or end of a yoga session, or during full sound healing sessions:

20. Yoga Workshop
No yogi is ever done learning, which is why a yoga workshop is one of the best gifts you can give. There are both online yoga workshops and many in-person options. The best ones in Holland can be found on Hipsy.nl, where you can easily search by location and topic.
The best yoga gift is you
Yoga gifts don’t have to be big to be meaningful. Often, it’s the gesture itself, the attention you give, and the time you take to understand someone’s interests that matters most.
Small things like a calming eye pillow, a good yoga strap, or an experience such as a workshop or massage can help someone live more mindfully. In the end, it’s not about having more things, but about attention and connection. That is the most valuable gift of all.
