Online Yoga for Anxiety: 60-mins live yoga classes
What is Zoom?
Zoom is a popular app that allows you to have virtual meetings. Once you’ve downloaded the app on your phone, tablet, or computer, you can use Zoom anywhere with a good internet connection.
How does it work?
Download and install the Zoom Cloud Meetings app/program (if you haven’t already).
- Wait for the invitation to be sent to you by email.
- Then click on Join A Meeting.
- Join the virtual meeting by entering the Zoom ID code or following the link provided.
Get ready for class
Once you’ve logged in, you’ll enter a ‘virtual waiting room’. You can join 5 minutes before the start of the class, so the class can start right away.
It’s best to mute your microphone, and if you like, you can also turn off your camera if that makes you feel more comfortable.
After the class, I’ll stick around for a bit to answer any questions you may have.
Cancellations & refunds
When rescheduling an online yoga for anxiety class, I kindly ask you to please do this as soon as you can to help me manage bookings and class numbers.
If you need to cancel your yoga class booking, please do so a minimum of 4 hours before the class start time and I will arrange a refund (minus PayPal transfer fees) in the following 48-72 hours. Any cancellations within 4 hours of the class start time are non-refundable.
