My Story

I know how easy it is to let stress, insecurities, and fears hold you back.

In my twenties, I suffered from panic disorder. I was literally afraid of being afraid, especially during times of high stress and in the winter.

Then finally, in 2014, I did my first Yoga Teacher Training. I discovered the power of breathwork and meditation, which led me toward healing and inner peace.

I started teaching yoga at studios in the Netherlands and around the world. I worked as a health coach at a women’s sports club. And I was able to help hundreds of women find peace in their busy lives.

Meditation is truly a powerful tool to reduce stress and anxiety.
